Customer support starts before the final project specification is defined. Sharing information and previous experience is crucial to the overall success of the project and communication is another important consideration.

On receipt of an order;

• An internal project launch meeting is held. This gives all project personnel the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the project detail.
• A meeting with the client to finalise any other issues then follows.
• Regular meetings are also held to keep the client up to date with progress.
• Risk assessments and method statements are prepared for all areas of project responsibility. These comply with the company Health & Safety Policy.
• Project documentation such as functional design specifications and I/O schedules are produced and provided to the client to ensure our interpretation of their requirements are correct.
• All documentation is monitored and updated over the project life cycle.
• On completion an operation and maintenance manual is provided along with all relevant test schedules.
