Service SupportOur philosophy at Tycon Automation is not only focused around our clients requirements but also their system security and maintainability.

We offer Service Support Agreements to cover certain aspects or your whole control infrastructure. This service is totally bespoke to the client requirements, from our elite 24hr 7 days a week cover to some more basic cover for nights or weekends. We can tailor a package based on your requirements.

When a client enters a system support contract we will provide them with the relevant contact details for our engineer’s. If  support is required, whoever is on shift at that particular time can reached directly at any time.

With flexible agreement and payment terms a Service Support Agreement from us could be a cost effective way to ensure the security and maintainability of your control system.
